  • We work together with POSTNL to deliver your flowers safely and quickly throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
  • You will receive a track & trace code, so you can track your order.
• Delivery time:
  • We strive to deliver your flowers as quickly as possible. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the time of your order and the delivery option chosen.
  • Please note that fresh flowers have a short lifespan, and therefore we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.
• Shipping costs:
  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
  • Free shipping may be possible for larger orders or promotions.
• Delivery address:
  • Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or problems due to an incorrect address.
  • If no one is present at the delivery address, the parcel service will try to deliver the package to the neighbors or take it to a post office.

• Complaints about Quality:
